I have a life-long passion for improving efficiency, elimination of waste and improving processes in a sustainable way. I love solving challenging problems and coaching and mentoring emerging leaders.

I enjoy exploring the world and have lived in ten states and traveled to 38 others. I have lived in two foreign countries on two different continents (Europe and Asia) and have traveled to dozens of countries in Europe, Asia, South America, North America and Africa.

I love to read, especially classics, science fiction, fantasy, religious and business related books. I am a fan and collector of Pogo comics and Victor Hugo novels.

I have been a Christian since my youth and faith is important in my life. I have been married 17 years and we have three children we adopted from Russia as siblings in 2008.
