Cassandra encompasses many different roles. She is a business owner, author, and speaker. Her mission has always been to help people whether its helping seniors acheive quality of life or helping women overcome physical and emotional pain. Something you probably don't know about Cassandra is that she grew up in the small town of Osceola, Arkansas as a only child. At a early age she developed a love for reading something she still enjoys as an adult. She has experienced many ups and downs in life so she has learned that with God all things are possible.
Maintaining balance between professional and personal life is important. As we know you can't pour from a empty cup. Self-care is part of Cassandra's normal routine. Physically and mentally feeding herself what is needed to be successful. Most days she eats mostly vegetables with a small portion of meat. Drinking alkaline water and taking nutritional supplements keeps her body in top condition. Mentally stimulating activities include reading, learning new activities, and mediatation provide clarity.
Cassandra has held a core of people who have paved the road to her success. Her parents George and Lorene Hill laid a foundation where values and beliefs were instilled that included teaching God's Word. Additionally they taught that education opened the door to many opportunities in life. Cassandra was blessed to have knowledge from her Grandmother Gladys Hill that she still uses today. Her Grandmother also provided magazines to keep her updated on current trends.

After obtaining a Master degree in Gerontology Cassandra worked in Long Term Care for about seven years. Working with seniors had become her passion so she started a geriatric care management practice. Eventually life happened and Cassandra developed Systemic Lupus which caused her to leave the aging industry. As she began her wellness journey she started teaching. After entering remission from Systemic Lupus becoming a Wellness Coach was her next step.
No thankfully her career has turned out completely different from her plans. Cassandra's original plans didn't include becoming a business owner. Having plans are okay however she has learned to allow some things happen organically.
For many years Cassandra worked as a Gerontologist in the senior care industry. The knowledge she attained as a Gerontologist has helped her learn about normal aging and disease process. Acquiring this information has helped shaped extracirruclar interests. Currently Cassandra serves on the Alzheimer's Cure Foundation and Governor's Advisory Council on Aging for the state of Arkansas. As she has transitioned to being a Wellness Coach and Holistic Health Practitioner knowing what bad health looks like helps her educate clients on prevention.
Right now Cassandra is working on a Journal book which should release in the Spring of 2020. Cassandra is in the beginning stages of developing digital courses. As a continual learner Cassandra is always thinking of ways to offer efficiency and effectiveness to the people she serves.
