Can you please tell us a little bit about yourself? Some fun facts and anecdotes from your life.

I have been in Life science industry for 10 years. My journey started being a validation engineer to CEO Hayag Corp.

 

My role ad evolved into system compliance to data driven compliance strategist and lead. At present I am the CEO of HAYAG Corp. whose mission is to help organization build safer and secure innovative product through data driven compliance strategy.

 

Fun Facts: My DIY projects never ends and my kids are the same !!!!!!!

How do you maintain the balance between your professional and personal life?

I try to be mindful in the situation, scenario.

 

I remove my professional hat off when I am at home with family. Same for the professional life.

 

Each moment in professional and personal life is important. Live to the fullest.

Looking back from where I come from, how choices made me who I am. The time we are in is amazing where knowledge and convenience is very accessible. This inspire to learn more, do better.

 

I think we have to learn a lot from children: there openness, their free and creative works, sincerity

I am an entrepreneur, author, speaker on data driven compliance, ethics  for innovative products.

I am the CEO and founder of HAYAG Corp.

 

I am looking forward to collaborating more on data driven compliance and helping organizations to make safety innovative products.

What impact has your educational background had on your professional activities?

I did my Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Bioinformatics, Biochemical engineering. This helped me to get initial job but also helped me to look it from the main core point of view which is information.

Speciality in combined fields has enabled me to understand the dependencies and advantages they have. We see now IOT, AI in health, Integrated systems, platforms.

 

This attitude helped me to look beyond departments, systems and see it from a Holistic point of view

Start as an employee, be a great team member, contributor. This helps to understand teamwork, value of the team. This will also ultimately help you to become a good leader.

Learn more on AI, deep learning, emotional intelligence. Leaders are made not born. Successful leader have a great skill of listening, solve the problem/s and emotional intelligence overall.
