Wow, fun facts huh? Where to start? Coming from a large family of 7 kids, and being the oldest – the brunt of the work around the house and elsewhere fell onto my brother’s (same age) and my shoulders. With that being said, it set up a work ethic that most people are unwilling to match. I love to travel and have been to Greece, Germany, Prague, all over Mexico, Brazil for carnival with more on the list! I have a beautiful wife and an 8 year old boy who is going into 3rd grade yet doing 5th grade work. He is a tremendous athlete to boot and I help coach his sports. I find that the same cornerstones from my career work very well at home too. These are: Communication, accountability, respect, “Vision Forward Attitude”, Celebrating every success and seeking and sharing information. With a great road map to life – you can utilize that road map for both your professional and personal growth.

I've had the pleasure of knowin Shane for over 15 years personally and also having spent 6 of those employed together. Shane brings vast experience to any sales division. Most recently, he was recruited into our organization and showed up to training with an amazing amount of positive energy, like Shane always does when he is presented with an opportunity. He has several years of experience in the SaaS industry, which helped him condense time frames in acquiring the product knowledge he needed to excel. Shane’s work ethic and desire to be better than everyone else are evident in that; he was in the top three in every metric we measured (calls made, emails sent, increasing prospects and pipeline), in approximately six months, Shane built a pipeline worth $1,400,000, from scratch. He had a renewed vigor about him that inspired all he came in contact with, internally and externally.
Shane also carries leadership qualities that most are drawn too. His attitude is always positive and his teams (in the past) and his current teammates all look to him for that contagiousness positive attitude he is always demonstrating. He is very conscious of his teammates and team members and what motivates them. Then he will use those motivators and an extreme amount of enthusiasm to get his team members to go above and beyond to get the job done.
Shane is definitely an asset to any business looking for a top-producing sales professional.

I had the pleasure of working with Shane for 4 years while at AT&T. He was very professional and always so pleasant to work with.
