I worked closely with Armin on revising and implementing new systems for change and incident management. Armin was a very good mentor in introducing these new concepts. The changes were popular and eventually resulted in a social change firm wide to align with the concepts he introduced in these areas. He co-authored a paper documenting this successful implementation which resulted in its publication and presentation at the 2010 International Computer Management Group Conference, garnering nomination for "Best Paper Award”. I enjoyed working under Armin and recommend him as an asset to any organization.

Armin as CTO is a great leader and has always been fair in business dealings. He has a knack for understanding technology, how it impacts his business goals and objectives and how it impacts his customers. Armin and I have worked together for years on many different projects; I have always been impressed by his thought leadership and big picture views. Armin has a zest for life and has a variety of interests. He can relate to people in many ways and on many levels, and it has been a pleasure to work with him.

I could continue on with more glowing accounts of Armin, but will instead simply say that I really do think the world of him and respect him greatly.

Armin was initially brought in to help right a troubled project.
